Payment conditions

We are not a commercial company and we do not conduct tourist business. Our financial activity is based on the official status of self employed persons. We are engaged in private travel assistance (PTA) to individual tourists. Some of our services are based on the price list, but some others are provided on preliminary agreement with our clients.

In some cases, for our time spent on escort, our guests can tip us and also treat us to a cafe or restaurant. If we drive our car, guests must compensate for our gas costs. Guests pay on their own for hotel accommodation, for the services of guides, for entrance tickets, for travel by public transport. We, as Muscovites having a Muscovite Social Card, travel on all types of public transport for free. In the case of trips over long distances for more than one day, guests also pay for our hotel accommodation.
